My background was packed with pain and dysfunction, and I lived in darkness. I rejected, isolated, and felt sorry for myself because I didn't know how to fit in.
But, because of therapy, I found a deep inner peace, a strength I didn't think I had, and my purpose.
I share my story and experiences to help everyone see that it doesn't matter what's against us; healing is still an option..
Through healing, I learned what knocked me down, kept me down, and wouldn't allow me to rise.
This newfound freedom is unthinkable.
